The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 business hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination. Shipping times varies depending on the level of service selected. Within Canada it takes 1-5 business days, average is 3 business days. To the United States it can take 5-8 working days, with the average of 6 business days.
Please note that your tracking information might not be visible on your account once your order leaves our warehouse since we need to receive this information from the courier and upload it to our system. However, if you cannot see your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us an email at [email protected].
Note: We currently don’t support shipping anywhere EXPECT the countries mentioned above.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
Refund Policy for Unsuccessful Delivery:
Refund policy is not applied in any case including items damaged, lost, etc. Otherwise, insurance should be applied.
Return Parcel:
In any case, the parcel may return to us for one of the following reasons.
· Unclaimed (>90% ** All Parcel will be returned if they are unclaimed within 14 days upon arrival.)
· Insufficient Address
· Moved, Left No Address
· Returned For Better Address
· No Such Street or Number
· Not Deliverable As Addressed Unable to forward
· No Mail Receptacle
· Vacant
· Refused
· Attempted – Not Known
· Box Closed – No Order
Disregarding any reasons, the Company will be charged the return delivery cost by our local Post Office for all undelivered or unclaimed parcels. The customer should be responsible for the return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods returned “unclaimed” or due to address the related problems.
ABOUT TAX
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty paid within Canada. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.
